Maintenance
We offer up to four maintenance levels:
Preventive Maintenance: Remote or on-site services performed by our technicians to restore equipment to normal operation after any problem that may occur.
Corrective Maintenance: Planned activities conducted by our technicians (on-site or remotely) to ensure the normal operation of the application after several hours of operation.
Evolutionary Maintenance: Planned activities conducted by our technicians (on-site or remotely) to add new features to the application.
Predictive Maintenance: Eventually, we could offer real-time monitoring of equipment and users in the system, allowing maintenance tasks to be carried out before any failures occur when abnormal operating conditions are detected.
